We provide hands-on support and strategic resources to help Otero County nonprofits and local partners grow from the inside out. Our goal is to meet our partners where they are and provide the specific expertise needed to reach the next level of success.

Leadership Development: We invest in the people rooted in our communities, providing access to professional training and national executive searches.

Grant Writing Assistance: The Foundation has an established grant writer on staff to assist local nonprofits — free of charge — in securing funding for their projects.

The Annual Nonprofit Summit: Each year, we convene nonprofit leaders for a full-day conference featuring world-class speakers and training in fundraising, financial management, and legal essentials.
